Do I need to make an appointment to try on bridal gowns?
Yes, to ensure you receive the very best customer service and experience, we work by appointment.
How long is a bridal appointment?
Bridal appointments are 1 hour 15 minutes
What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Panties are a must. We recommend that you bring your desired shapeware and a strapless bra although most of our gowns have the structure. Also if you plan to wear grandmas veil, bring that too.
How much should I expect to spend?
Our gowns range from $1100-$4500. With the average of $1700.
Absolutely! For a small fee we will store your gown for up to 90 days. We require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance is divided into 3 months and can be paid weekly, bi weekly or monthly. Payments can be made in store, by phone or online.
Who should come to my appointment?
Bring up to 4 of your favorite adults. (We won’t tell) All guests must be over the age of 12. Need more people? Book our VIP appointment. To avoid any money surprises, be sure to have the conversation prior with anyone that will be helping to pay. For safety reasons, we ask that you leave your littles at home.

How long before my wedding do I need to purchase my bridal gown?
Wedding gowns can take up to 12 months on average to be delivered. Although we do sell off the rack, we recommend 8-12 months before your big day for ordering and alterations.
We stock sizes 2-30 in bridal and eveningwear.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
Do you buy back dresses or do consignment?
No.
Do you hold a dress if I need think about it??
Tuesday through Thursday, We will hold $20 for 24 hours.

Due to the nature of this industry, all sales are final. we do not allow any refunds or exchanges.
